The Sunat allows verifying the validity of the payment receipts. Learn about the ways you can do it.

When you make a purchase or a service is provided, you receive proof of payment, such as a bill, invoice or receipt for fees, but how can we know if it is valid?

Next, we indicate the ways in which you can check the Internet, the validity of invoices, sales tickets, fee receipts, purchase settlement, credit notes and debit notes, you can do it online, as indicated by the Superintendency National Customs and Tax Administration (Sunat).

 

WHAT IS A PROOF OF PAYMENT?
Payment receipts are documents that prove the transfer of goods, the delivery in use or the provision of services, among others; They are also granted in certain cases by people who do not have businesses, indicates the Sunat. They are used for income tax returns, so it is important that you can verify that they are valid.

 

HOW DO I KNOW IF THE PAYMENT PROOF IS VALID?
To find out if the vouchers are valid, you can do it with and without the Sol key.

 

With G key
Individual query: enter the issuer’s RUC number, receipt type, receipt series and number, issue date and total amount (mandatory information for electronic receipts).
Mass query: you can do multiple searches. The file must have the extension “txt”, with a maximum of 100 lines and 6 columns with the following details: issuer’s RUC number, voucher type code, voucher series, voucher number, issue date and total amount .

 

NOTE: With this option you can see a maximum of 100 records.

 

Without SOL key
Individual queries: you can make individual queries by entering the data requested at this link. Through this option you can check the validity of certain payment receipts.
