Tax Administration facilitates mandatory compliance.

The National Superintendence of Customs and Tax Administration (Sunat) implemented a new service for taxpayers, which consists of an additional channel for the virtual payment of tax debts without the need to use the Clave SOL, avoiding natural persons having to go to banks to comply with their tax obligations.

The service, called “Payment without SOL Key”, is a new virtual platform that has been operational since last December 1, and allows access to Virtual Forms 1673 (Payment Ticket – Others), 1675 (ONP Special Regimes), 1662 (Payment Slip) and 1663 (Payment Slip with NPS).

Users will be able to access the payment of their tax obligations in a simpler way from the Sunat portal and will also be able to consult the forms submitted through the aforementioned service, as provided in Superintendency Resolution No. 251-2022, published in the newspaper official.

The main benefits of this service are the following:

Easy and intuitive to use
Simplifies data entry and reduces information errors because you will have suggested or validated data at the time of filling
Provides assistance with tips and alerts.
Allows virtual payment with a credit or debit card
Payment transactions can be made 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, through the Internet.

In this way, the Sunat continues to advance in the objective of facilitating compliance with tax obligations and increasing payments virtually. Likewise, it is important to indicate that as of January 1, 2023, the physical forms 1075 and 1073 are no longer used.

Steps

To access this new Payments without Clave SOL service, the user must select the option related to it, located in Sunat Virtual, and enter the following information:

a) Type and number of identity document, as well as the information associated with this document that the system requires.

b) Names and surnames. This information is entered automatically if a national identity document (DNI) is indicated.

c) An email address, which will be validated by Sunat by sending a verification code that must be entered in accordance with the instructions provided.

In case a payment must be made, the user must enter the taxpayer’s data, as well as the information that the system requests regarding the concept to be canceled, considering an amount greater than zero as the amount. The amount to be paid is paid with a credit or debit card, which must be enabled for said modality.
