The National Superintendence of Public Registries (Sunarp) approved the free service “Learn here”, which will allow users to access the information contained in the registry items of the legal registries in charge of this supervisory entity.

In accordance with the Resolution of the National Superintendence of Public Registries No. 064-2023-Sunarp/SN, published today in Legal Norms of the Official Gazette El Peruano, the new service, based on its free nature, has technical characteristics associated with the number of consultations for national identity document, display time, printing restrictions, express indication that such images do not constitute registration advertising, among others.

“Meet here” enters into force as of today for the entries of the registry of legal entities, the registry of natural persons and the property registry, with the exception of the items from the former urban property registry (SARP).

From April 27, 2023, it will be enabled for items from the former urban property registry (SARP), on May 3, 2023, for items from the vehicular property registry and the movable contract registry.

Meanwhile, on May 5, 2023, for the items of the real estate registry with the exception of the property registry, the registry of ships, aircraft and fishing vessels.

The regulation provides for an initial period of adaptation and improvement, from April 24 to May 15 of this year, in order to supervise the proper functioning of the same, which will be in charge of the Registry Technical Directorate and the Information Technology Office. information.
