“Article 2.-

Workers who have one or more dependent children under 18 years of age are entitled to receive this allowance. In the event that the child, upon reaching the age of majority, is carrying out higher or university studies, this benefit will be extended until he or she completes said studies, up to a maximum of 6 years after reaching said age of majority. Likewise, workers who have one or more children, over 18 years of age, with severe disability, duly certified in accordance with the regulations of the National Health Authority, are entitled to receive this allowance, unless they receive the Non-Contributory Severe Disability Pension. established by Law 29973, General Law of Persons with Disabilities”.

The Executive Branch, within a period of thirty days, counted from the day following the publication of this rule, adapts the Regulations of Law 25129, approved by Supreme Decree 035-90-TR, to the modification provided for in this law.
