Sexual harassment is a form of violence that occurs through conduct of a sexual or sexist nature, and that is not welcomed or desired by the person against whom it is directed.

The importance of preventing and detecting sexual harassment in an early manner lies in the fact that, in one of these cases, the integrity of the victim is affected, and it is very likely that their situation will be altered in the institutional space where they work, creating an intimidating, hostile or humiliating environment.

 

Sexual harassment can be determined from the first manifestation and does not require explicit rejection to be reported.
